- Create the LEaTcon as a job. Find the appropriate date and location for it.
CrewBee takes care of various steps for you. By the way, it doesn’t just listen to you via written chat—you can also give instructions in voice mode.
Automatically analyze projects
CrewBee is especially helpful when projects contain many individual positions and dependencies.
The new AI project overview analyzes projects automatically and highlights possible gaps. For example, CrewBee recognizes when certain jobs still require personnel with specific qualifications, vehicles have not yet been scheduled, or important project data is missing.
Instead of manually checking each position, project managers and schedulers receive a clear summary of all relevant points directly in the project dashboard. This saves time and helps to identify possible planning errors and gaps early on.

Availability
The launch of CrewBee as a chat assistant and the project overview is scheduled for August 10, 2026.
The new AI project overview will be part of the Enterprise plan starting August 10. For existing customers on the Enterprise plan, the feature will be automatically enabled, with no request necessary and no additional cost.
The CrewBee chat assistant will be available to all CrewBrain customers from August 10. Billing is transparent and based on actual usage. Within CrewBrain, a prepaid account can be topped up for this purpose. Enterprise customers receive (depending on their plan size) an AI credit and can use CrewBee without additional entry costs.
