Our Three Base Plans at a Glance
Essential: Our entry-level plan is ideal for clubs, bands, and small businesses. It includes all the core features and lets you add extensions to meet your specific requirements. The Essential plan comes with iCal subscriptions, and support is limited to bug reporting.
Standard: Perfect for small and mid-sized businesses, the Standard plan adds features like third-party calendar integration and email support for questions and issues. You’ll also get access to vehicle scheduling with logbook, and departmental organization tools to streamline your operations.
Enterprise: Our most comprehensive plan gives you full flexibility and premium service options. On top of all Standard features, it includes Office 365 synchronization – available exclusively in the Enterprise plan due to the high server requirements. This sync keeps all requests and bookings updated in near real-time in your MS Office calendar. Enterprise customers also benefit from phone support, multi-location management, and vendor management.
Add-Ons for Tailored Solutions
Beyond the base plans, you can choose from a variety of add-ons to customize CrewBrain for your business:

Named vs. Planned Users
A new element in our pricing structure is the distinction between Named and Planned Users:
- Named Users: Users with their own account, who receive system notifications, use the app, and, for example, log their working hours. Ideal for employees who use CrewBrain regularly.
- Planned Users: Users counted by the average number of assignments or logged hours per month. This model is especially useful for companies with seasonal fluctuation or a large pool of freelancers who aren’t scheduled every month.
The Plan Builder: Plans as Flexible as You Are
With our new Plan Builder, you can mix and match plans, add-ons, and user types to see the exact price in real time. It gives you the transparency and flexibility you need to make the best decision for your business.
Our plans can be booked flexibly:
- 1 month via Stripe (credit card and more)
- 6 months with a 5% discount
- 12 months with a 10% discount
You can upgrade at any time during your plan – by adding more users, extra features, or switching to a higher plan. Downgrades are available once the current plan expires.

Say you run a mid-sized company and choose the Standard Plan. You also need time tracking and vendor management to efficiently handle your projects.
