CrewBrain at the LDI in Las Vegas

At the end of the 2025 trade fair year, we traveled to Las Vegas, as we have done in previous years. At LDI (Live Design International) from December 7 to 9, 2025, we were able to demonstrate at the Las Vegas Convention Center how CrewBrain can also optimize personnel planning processes for the event industry.

Our booth

Unlike many other trade shows we exhibit at, everything at LDI in Las Vegas takes place in one large hall – the LVCC West Hall. Our booth was located in the middle of the exhibition area, close to industry giants such as Robe, AV Stumpfl, and ROE.

The talks

Most conversations tend to be short elevator pitches in which we introduce interested parties to CrewBrain and the advantages of digital crew scheduling. In addition, we are of course delighted that existing customers have found their way to our booth.

The city and its surroundings

Las Vegas is especially worth a visit if you also take in the local shows and go on excursions to the spectacular surrounding countryside. This year, we used our day off between setting up and the trade fair to take a closer look at the Hoover Dam.

Our conclusion

This year’s LDI in Las Vegas once again provided us with many interesting discussions and valuable exchanges with our customers in the American market, and we are already looking forward to next year.

We have, of course, planned a number of trade fairs for the coming year 2026, with the first one taking place in February: from February 3 to 6, 2026, we will be back in Barcelona at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) and look forward to seeing you at our booth 8D680 in Hall 8.1.
