We offer free webinars for all interested parties and customers. You can sign up for our CrewBrain Basics webinar twice a week and gain insights into the software over the course of 1.5 to 2 hours. You can also ask questions at any time.
Our plans already include a certain level of support. The type of support you can expect is clearly indicated for each plan:
- Essential: limited email support, for example for errors and bugs
- Standard: email support
- Enterprise: telephone support
Onboarding and consulting packages can also be booked depending on the level of support required. This keeps plan costs moderate, while those who want more assistance can simply add it. Individual appointments are also possible, for example training sessions on specific topics.
