Maleo Events realizes projects from dry hire to full service. In the past, coordination was time-consuming: Excel sheets, phone calls, and manual arrangements dominated daily business. Information was scattered, follow-up questions and duplicated work were the norm. For over a year now, we have been using CrewBrain, and our workflows have become noticeably more structured and faster as a result.

With CrewBrain, scheduling, availabilities, project and job overviews, document management, and time tracking are now handled on a single platform, giving us a central overview. Everyone on the team always knows which tasks are pending, responsibilities are clearly defined, and follow-up questions are significantly reduced. Especially with several parallel projects, the digital overview ensures planning security and minimizes errors.
A key advantage of CrewBrain is the interface to Eventworx: Here we schedule our equipment, and based on that, we then plan the staff in CrewBrain—for setup, teardown, drivers, or service staff. The automatic linking ensures that processes become more efficient and duplicate entries are completely eliminated.

With CrewBrain, we noticeably save time in scheduling. Phone calls to check availability are no longer necessary, information is centrally accessible, and the whole team works with the same data. Processes are faster, clearer, and less prone to errors for everyone involved. This leads to greater efficiency, and everyone on the team transparently knows what’s going on.
The support convinces us: fast, personal, and practical. Suggestions for improvement are taken seriously and directly implemented in further developments. CrewBrain understands the requirements of the event industry and supports us as a partner in optimizing our processes.

CrewBrain is now a central part of project organization for Maleo Events and ensures that growing event projects are implemented in a structured, efficient, and reliable way.
