CrewBrain in numbers – A recap of the last 12 months

It’s that time again… the season of annual reviews.

We also took a moment to pause, look back at the past twelve months, and review the numbers that show just how intensively you’ve been using CrewBrain. And one thing is already clear: You’ve used CrewBrain more than ever before!

In almost all areas, system usage and activity have increased significantly. This makes us incredibly happy because it shows that CrewBrain is becoming more and more relevant to your daily operations. These numbers motivate us to continue developing the system with even more features, optimizations, and user-friendliness.

Your usage over the past 12 months

One of the most impressive insights is the number of projects and jobs you created this past year. With over 54,000 projects, you set a new record, achieving an increase of 42.5% compared to the previous year.
Within these projects, you created a total of 708,000 jobs, representing an increase of nearly 25%. These figures clearly show how deeply CrewBrain is integrated into your daily workflows and how much you rely on the system for planning and executing your events.

Resource planning also reached new heights: Across your jobs, you booked around 1.4 million resources, whether employees, freelancers, vehicles, or subcontractors. At the same time, communication remained key: You sent more than 8.066 million notifications through CrewBrain, ensuring your crews were reliably informed at all times.

A special highlight of the year is the number of recorded working times. With more than 2.3 million logged time entries, you not only reached an all-time high but also achieved 25% growth in this area. And one customer stands out in particular: Over 108,000 recorded hours came from just one company. An extraordinary achievement!
Your teams were also on the road a lot, as reflected in 32,000 submitted travel expense reports. In addition, you created, processed, and completed around 37,000 tasks in the system. That’s a clear sign of efficient workflows and well-structured operations.

But it wasn’t just you working hard – we delivered, too

While you were using CrewBrain more intensively than ever, our team worked continuously behind the scenes to make the system even better. Over the past twelve months, we released five major software updates. These releases introduced numerous new features and improvements, including digital contract signing and archiving, Office 365 synchronization and AI integration via MCP. All of these enhancements are designed to streamline processes, save time, and help you work even more efficiently.

In total, 818 development tickets were processed. Of these, 226 were bug fixes, while 592 tickets involved improvements, adjustments, and system enhancements. Every single task contributes to making CrewBrain better and more closely aligned with your needs. Behind these numbers are many hours of hard work, so a huge THANK YOU goes to our development team!

Our support team also had a demanding year. With 4,500 resolved support tickets, they remained focused on delivering practical solutions and providing you with the best possible assistance. Our goal is to make your work easier with CrewBrain and your feedback shows us that we are on the right track. So here as well: a heartfelt THANK YOU to our support team for their tireless commitment!

We are incredibly grateful for the trust you place in CrewBrain. Your daily usage is the reason we continuously develop and improve the system. The biggest thank you goes to you: THANK YOU for joining us on the path to digitalization and for making CrewBrain what it is today.

We’re highly motivated and already working on the next improvements and features that will make your work even easier in 2026.
Thank you for an amazing year – and here’s to many more with you!
